As the year comes to a close, I just wanted to express our thanks for once again sending us three seasons of delicious, wholesome food from the earth.
There is something about your veggies that I just can't taste in supermarket food. Perhaps it is that it is so fresh and clean from chemicals. Maybe it's the high mineral content of freshly picked foods, especially the greens. I don't know - I just think it tastes like sunshine.

Tonight’s box was so delicious. The potatoes were the best tasting potatoes I've ever had. Add a few garlic chives and wow. Same with the cauliflower, vegetables never tasted so good. - T.R.

I don't know how you find time to put out a newsletter and accompanying pictures each week but I absolutely love it!! I feel like I get to be part of the farm. I love seeing how things are progressing and it makes me truly appreciate all the hard work that goes into the farm and the pride you take in your work.

Today's wonderful surprise of oregano and garlic chives made for a perfect flavor kick for my homemade tomato sauce. Can't wait to make (HighCross Farm's) eggs and sauce over toast with a little fresh minced basil.
BTW, your farm fresh eggs make this dish "that much better". And by "that much", I mean infinitely better. :) - C.J.

Your web store is really excellent, it's easy to use and has allowed me to plan and choose different quantities to prep and freeze for later use.

I opened my box and it was a feast for my senses. The smell of the herbs, the sight of all the bright colors and the possibilities of delicious flavors and textures—it is a wondrous gift.
